This film is film is set in 2009 in the city of Chesapeake Bay, Maryland, where something has infected the water there. But this is not 100% know what it is or how it is transmitted. But when people start turning dead, and others began to do strange things, fear turns to panic, and the city is at rest. The government confiscated all video from all possible sources.
